NeuroÂdivergence
I hold a special place in my heart for neurodivergent clients because I am neurodivergent. Coaching others like me is one of the most fulfilling things I do. đź’–đź§
Back in 2018, I was mentoring teammates who loved variety and breadth as much as I did. One by one, many of them shared they’d been diagnosed with ADHD. Their share inspired me to take a closer look at myself.
Everything clicked. The years of feeling “different” weren’t a flaw—they were a reflection of my unique wiring, and that realization changed my life.
Here’s what I discovered:
My creativity and tenacity are superpowers when I focus on projects I’m passionate about.
Time works differently for me, so I adapted my habits to support how my brain works best.
Collaboration is key—I partner with detail-oriented people to balance out my blind spots.
By embracing my strengths and designing around my challenges, I started thriving in ways I never imagined:
🚀 I earned a promotion to staff software engineer in 2020.
đź’ˇ I transitioned into startups, where I could lean into my love of creative problem-solving.
đź’— I made profound changes in my personal life, finding relationships and communities that align with who I truly am.
Through coaching, I get to see my clients make similar transformations. Watching someone embrace their neurodivergence, step into their strengths, and achieve milestones they once thought impossible? It’s incredible.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like the world wasn’t built with you in mind, you’re not alone. I’ve been there, and I’d love to walk this journey with you.
